How it began?
In the spring of 2024, Zoltán and István set off on a business trip together to Milan. One day, they canceled two meetings, which gave them some time to discuss Zoltán's challenges in the design and maintenance of urban green spaces. During a friendly conversation over a coffee, an idea came up: a garden that could simply be placed somewhere and would be ready for use right away. That's how the concept of the Veridian Hub was born.
The full-scale model has been in continuous operation since February 28, 2026. During its first three months of operation, it ran autonomously without intervention for up to 21 days. During this time, it sequestered 34.7 kg of CO2 and saved an additional 213 kg by way of its solar panel system.
